Woman Act Now Book Club Leaders Guide

You have made a great decision to start your Woman Act Now book club. It is exciting to have your support and to have the privilege of sharing the principles and experience the book has to offer. So as not to cause you too much stress in organizing your book club we have taken the time to help you navigate your discussions as well as provide tools to help your book reading experience become more meaning.

Starting and Running Your Book Club

Starting a book club can be exciting, but we don’t want to overwhelm you. The Woman Act Now (WAN) way that we would like to suggest is the following:

1. Think of the amazing women you know who you have heard the following statements like:
a. I need help birthing my dream.
b. I don’t know what I am doing.
c. I am transitioning from employee to employer and I need help.
d. I can’t seem to do anything that matters.
e. I take care of everyone else but can’t seem to do what I want to do in life.
f. I need a mentor.
g. I wish I could have a better job, a better house or a better relationship.
h. I need to work on my relationships
i. I want to start my on business
j. I need to network with more people
k. I want to connect with like minided women who are excited about their future.
l. I want to help other women achieve their goals.
m. I know I need to do it, but I am way too busy.
n. It is really tough juggling my work, my family and my children.

2. Invite three or four of the women to join you on the journey of becoming a woman who will act in her now. If you have more feel free to invite as many as you know, there is no limit and no minimum number.

3. Register at http://www.wanbook.ning.com
a. Fill in your profile
b. Add a picture of yourself
c. Click Book Clubs and create your book club group
d. Send an email to invite your girl friends to join you.
e. Plan your event and post online.
f. Should you have a group of 25 or more and Coach Anna McCoy is in your city, she may be able to add you to her tour schedule. Or you may decide to host an event for her to come to your book club or women’s meeting.

Download the Book Club Readers Guide for your book club members, you can send it by email or print and give to those who may not be Internet savvy.

Finally to make this a meaningful experience for both you and your members encourage them to discuss their reading experience in your forum area of your group. You may also get new members to your group who have connected online but do not want to start their own group.

As you bring your reading experience to a close you will also read about joining the international organization of Woman Act Now and keep in mind that you can easily convert your WAN Book Club to a Woman Act Now Chapter in your city.

Power to Remain

God's original intent for mankind as He placed Adam in Eve in a designated assignment He assures and guarantees your success when you remain in Him. When God placed them in the Garden I believe He was placing mankind in a place of continuous cycles of increase, bursting forth with rapid fruitfulness. Be mindful you can increase and not be fruitful. Fruitfulness comes from your continued abiding in the vine, you must remain connected to continue to have cycles of continuous increase bursting forth with rapid fruitfulness. You can do it, make Him your refuge and He will make your way perfect!
