  • WAN Prayer #40 - Listen Today!

    "Again He designates a certain day, saying David, 'Today,' after such a long time, as it has been said: 'Today, if you will hear His voice, do not harden your hearts.'" (Hebrews 4:7)

    1. I will live in the now because I am listening for the God-word, the now-word, the rhema word to my heart today.

    2. My spiritual ears are open and attentive to hear His voice and, when I hear it, I will not harden my heart against it.

    "And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, 'I believed and therefore I spoke,' we also believe and therefore speak." (2 Corinthians 4:13)

    Today I will live in the now!  I will live in the now because I do not "refuse Him who "SPEAKS" but, rather, I accept the rhema word of the Lord as my manna.

    4.  Today I will accept the fact that movement inevitably brings change.

    5.  Today I will relish the excitement of not knowing every detail of my journey...
